Appearance
Bright, pale pink colour.
Bubble
Very fine and elegant.
Aroma
It is characterised by its fine aroma of red fruits (berries and strawberries) combined with notes of cream, pastry pastries, toasted bread, resulting from its long ageing.
Taste
Fresh in the mouth, very good acidity, creamy texture and full-bodied.
